How Will My Order Ship?
When will my order be shipped?
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Once we receive your payment, most orders placed by 11 am CT (12 pm EST) will be shipped the same day from our San Antonio, Texas warehouse. If the order is placed after this time, it will be sent the next business day.
What Shipping Carrier you use?
We utilize various shipping partners to deliver your orders. Depending on your shipping address, we prioritize the fastest carrier available. Most often, we rely on UPS and USPS.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days after leaving the warehouse, except for same day delivery orders in the San Antonio area. Additional days may be required for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Does Dones Enterprises offer Same Day Delivery?
Yes, we can deliver your order the same day to your home or business place (contactors receiving area, flea markets, fairs, shopping centers, etc.). Just select the “Same Day Delivery” option at the checkout, and voila! Your order will be delivered. This service is only available in the Greater San Antonio area to better serve local small businesses and is available within a 10-mile radius of zip code 78253.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order. However, we currently have some temporary limitations in place. Please chat with us before coming to pick up your order. Simply choose the “Pick up Order” option at checkout and place your order. After that, we will contact you with instructions on how and when to pick up your order at our San Antonio Station 78253.
