Easy Returns/Refunds

What you’ll need:

  1. Order information (name, phone number, invoice, and reason for return/refund request).
  2. The unit purchased (If sold by the dozen, return all twelve. If sold by a display, return the whole display.) Refunds will only be made for the full unit(s) returned.

* Our returns department will respond to your email or online request within 2 business days.

Please note:

  • Merchandise sold as closeout, discontinued or other special purchase conditions may not be returned. 
  • All returns or deductions for merchandise (defective or otherwise) must be authorized in advance, by contacting us to obtain a return authorization number. 
  • No claims for defective merchandise will be considered beyond 30 days from receipt of goods. Dones Enterprises reserves the right to deny any credit requested after 30 days.
  • Shortages must be reported within 10 days from receipt of shipment.
  • Returns are allowed for defects due to materials or workmanship. Claims must be made with the appropriate carrier for damage sustained in transit.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges on any returns unless otherwise stated at the time of authorization. Customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound freight costs on any refused shipment.

Dones Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any unreported/unauthorized returns and any costs incurred by Dones Enterprises for such returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. If the reported issue is deemed to be invalid or misreported, a restocking charge may be applied and any return freight charges may be assessed to the customer. If a customer should return an item on their own, there will be a restocking fee.
